Raising Profile Awareness

We use the following assessments to raise your Profile Awareness and help set a strong foundation for goal setting in your coaching program.

Self Assessment profiles and test reports will never provide value as high as personal coaching and stellar 360 interviews.  That said, not everyone on your team may be eligible for high impact in-person 1:1 coaching, therefore gaining self-awareness by studying your profile as well as thinking about certain questions can add value to the coaching conversation.    


Profile assessments help you understand more about how you tick compared to populations of people in similar positions and create a starting point for more in-depth conversations.
