“On a bad day before the training I could have burned up 1/2 a day and it was a ripple effect as well, because when I was stewing over a frustration I would share my disgruntlement with at least 2 other people, and I was impacting their productivity as well. 1-2 people a day would be affected by my demeanor when I was upset. This is 14 months later since I took it too. Just this morning for instance I had to say something that was difficult and I remained calm yet strong, and did not come across as confrontational anymore, and the team members felt open and free to come to me later to clarify a few points. I reduced the possibility of their loss of productivity just by my presence and skills I learned from you. This is real time and on-going. I laugh more and am happier ,and no longer feel responsible for everyone and everything having to be perfect.”

“On any given day I would say my downtime in productivity has definitely been reduced. Let me give you an example: I was asked to implement a major initiative CFM and it was going to taken company-wide, but I knew that it was the wrong decision that would result in a great loss of productivity for me along. In the past I would have stewed and agonized for weeks over the decision to say no, then I would have prepared a pros and cons analysis of why we should not take this direction, and then I would have tried to change myself to see it their way, knowing all along underneath that it was not the right strategy. After the training, I had the confidence in myself to speak up and say no, and follow my heart about the right decision, which saved the company at least a week and a half of my personal time on the job, and countless hours of inefficiency if I had not had the straightforwardness to say no, and stand up for what I knew was the right decision for us. The training gave me the confidence to make decisions and act on them more quickly. I gained the tenacity needed to maintain my position against others (even a customer) who would have normally persuaded me. This is immeasurable of benefit to PRIMEX.”
